Xiaori Island
Xiaori Island () is an island off the Asian mainland in Xiaori, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Village (), Nanri Town, Xiuyu District, Putian, Fujian, China (PRC). On the night of January 1, 2020, the fishing ship ''Zhecangyu 07868'' () struck a rock near Xiaori Island. The ten crew members were rescued. Damang Island
Damang Island (alternatively romanized as ''Damang Dao'', ''Damang'', ''Taimong'', ''Ta-mang'', ''Ta-wang'') is an uninhabited island off the southern coast of Guangdong province in the People's Republic of China. It is located in the Pearl River estuary, South China Sea, west of the Zhuhai Gaolan Port Economic Zone, north of Hebao island and approximately 100 km West-Southwest of Hong Kong. Administratively, this sub-tropical island belongs to the prefecture-level city of Zhuhai, and may be considered part of the so-called Chinese Riviera. Xiachuan Island () (Hsiachwan Shan) is an island of the South China Sea, on the southern coast of China, part of the Guangdong province. Shangchuan Island
Shangchuan Island (, also known as "Schangschwan", "Sancian", "Sanchão", "Chang-Chuang", "St. John's Island" or "St John Island") is the main island of Chuanshan Archipelago on the southern coast of Guangdong, China. Its name originated from São João ("Saint John" in Portuguese). Administratively, it is a part of Chuandao (), Taishan. Located from the mainland, it became the largest island in Guangdong after Hainan Island was carved out of the province in 1988. The area of the island is , and has a population of 16,320. The Army Map Service (AMS) was the military cartography, cartographic agency of the United States Department of Defense from 1941 to 1968, subordinated to the United States Army Corps of Engineers. On September 1, 1968, the AMS was redesignated the U.S. Army Topographic Command (USATC) and continued as an independent organization until January 1, 1972, when it was merged into the new Defense Mapping Agency (DMA) and redesignated as the DMA Topographic Center (DMATC).
