Iosif Lengheriu (24 May 1914 – 11 September 1991) was a Romanian footballer and manager. Ocna Mureș
Ocna Mureș (; la, Salinae, hu, Marosújvár, german: Miereschhall) is a town in Alba County, Romania, located in the north-eastern corner of the county, near the Mureș River. The town is situated next to a large deposit of salt, mined in the past until the ceiling of the mines collapsed from water infiltration in 1978. Ocna Mureș has a chlorosodic products plant, a salt extraction plant and a spa which uses the salty water from the former mines. The town administers five villages: Cisteiu de Mureș (''Magyarcsesztve''), Micoșlaca (''Miklóslaka''), Războieni-Cetate (''Székelyföldvár''), Uioara de Jos (until 1960 ''Ciunga''; ''Csongva'') and Uioara de Sus (''Felsőmarosújvár''). Its former name is ''Uioara'', and was called ''Ocna Mureșului'' from 1925 to 1956. The spa is no longer running. 1936–37 Cupa României
The 1936–37 Cupa României was the fourth edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Rapid București after a final against Ripensia Timișoara. It was the second cup for Rapid, and the first of six consecutive successes. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament with pairings for each round drawn at random. There are no seeds for the draw. The draw also determines which teams will play at home. Each tie is played as a single leg. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes in extra time, and if the scored is still tight after 120 minutes, there a replay will be played, usually at the ground of the team who were away for the first game. From the first edition, the teams from Divizia A entered in competition in sixteen finals, rule which remained till today. The 1966–67 Cupa României was the 29th edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Steaua București against Foresta Fălticeni. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. In the first round proper, two pots were made, first pot with Divizia A teams and other teams till 16 and the second pot with the rest of teams qualified in this phase. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Generally, Seria I included eastern teams while Seria II included western sides, although clubs near the center of the country are allowed to choose in which series they will compete. The 1940–41 Cupa României was the eighth edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The trophy was won by Rapid București for the fifth time in a row and for the sixth time from eight editions played. They defeated Unirea Tricolor București. For Unirea Tricolor București it was the second final lost after the 1936 Cupa României Final. The final was postponed several times by the organizers because of the uncertainty caused by the beginning of the World War II. Finally, the last act was scheduled on 7 September 1941.
