This award was created by Minister for Foreign Affairs (Japan), Japanese Foreign Minister Tarō Asō, who proposed this award in a policy speech he gave in Tokyo's Akihabara district in 2006. The selection is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Japan), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Annually, award honorees are recommended by the advisers including Machiko Satonaka and many other manga artists. Manga (Japanese: 漫画 ) are comics or graphic novels originating from Japan. ''Piece of Mind'' is the fourth studio album by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden. It was released on 16 May 1983 in the United Kingdom by EMI Records and in the United States by Capitol Records. It was the first album to feature drummer Nicko McBrain, who had recently left the band Trust and has been Iron Maiden's drummer ever since. Jordi Lafebre (born 1979) is a Spanish illustrator and comic book artist active in the Franco-Belgian market. Biography Lafebre was born in Barcelona. Richard Marazano (born 27 January 1971) is a People of France, French cartoonist. His work has been published in many European countries including France, England, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Swiss, Italy as well as worldwide in the United States, China and Japan. Joseph Kelly (born 1971) is an American comic book writer, penciler and editor who has written such titles as ''Deadpool'', ''Uncanny X-Men'', ''Action Comics'', and '' JLA'', as well as award-winning work on ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' and ''Superman''.
