International Christian School (Hong Kong)
International Christian School is an English language, Christian independent school in Hong Kong near Shek Mun station. Opened on 1 September 1992, it provides education at all grades from kindergarten to the senior secondary levels. Admissions ICS admits about 20% of its applicant pool annually. Both local and international admissions are based on a two-to-three-hour-long exam that assesses applicants' verbal, math, and problem-solving skills, and an interview. The Dean of Admissions manages the competitive admissions every year. Curriculum International Christian School (ICS) is based on an American curriculum. Shek Mun
Shek Mun () is an industrial and financial area in Sha Tin City, New Territories of Hong Kong. Shek Mun lies just east of the Shing Mun River, and northeast of the City One apartment and shopping complex. Housing Shek Mun Estate is a public housing estate in Shek Mun, completed in 2009. Tuen Ma Line
The Tuen Ma line () is a rapid transit line that forms part of the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) system in Hong Kong. Coloured brown on the map, the Tuen Ma line is in length, making it the longest line of the MTR network. It has a total of 27 stations, more than any other in the MTR system. The Tuen Ma line is a merger of the two former MTR lines, the West Rail line and the Ma On Shan line, via a new stretch of mostly-underground railway known as the "Tai Wai to Hung Hom section" () of the Sha Tin to Central Link project, consisting of of track and six new intermediate stations. Heng On Station
Heng On () is a station on the of Hong Kong MTR, named after the nearby Heng On Estate. It also serves other residential areas like Kam Fung Court, Kam On Court, Baycrest, Vista Paradiso, and Yiu On Estate. It also serves over 10 schools (including Renaissance College) and two sports centres – Ma On Shan Sports Ground and Heng On Sports Centre. Fo Tan
Fo Tan is an area of Sha Tin District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was developed as a light industrial area, but this activity has declined markedly in recent years. There are residential areas to the east, alongside the MTR line, and in the foothills to the west. Etymology Fo Tan is located around a river, the Fo Tan Nullah. Gospels
Gospel originally meant the Christian message ("the gospel"), but in the 2nd century it came to be used also for the books in which the message was set out.
