Interactive Broadcast Media, Inc. (IBMI) is a Philippine radio network based in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. History IBMI was established in 1996 by broadcast veteran Roberto Bacsal and businessman Rene Palma as a media outlet for the then-newly acquired DWWW. Back then, its offices were located at #23 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave, Quezon City. In 2010, Antonio "Tonyboy" Cojuangco Jr. acquired a non-controlling share of IBMI and transferred ownership of ABC Development Corporation's former radio stations, collectively known as Dream FM Network, into the former. In November 2011, IBMI moved to its new home in Atlanta Center, San Juan, Metro Manila after Radio Mindanao Network took over DWWW's operations. DYKP (97.3 FM), on-air as 97.3 Boracay Beach Radio, is a radio station owned and operated by Interactive Broadcast Media. It is the sole station under the Dream FM Network. The station's studios are located at the PhilFirst Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati, and its transmitter is located at Station 3, Boracay. History The station was inaugurated in 1992 as KP-FM 89.7 under Westwind Broadcasting Corporation. At that time, it was located in Roxas, Capiz. In 1994, it moved its frequency from 89.7 FM to 97.3 FM. In 1998, it moved to Boracay & rebranded as B97 or Boracay 97. However, in 2000, it ceased broadcasting due to lack of advertisers. In 2010, Interactive Broadcast Media acquired the station and relaunched it under the Dream FM Network. In July 2011, it went off the air. Ultrasonic Broadcasting System, Inc. (UBSI) is a Philippine radio network owned by the SYSU Group of Companies, a conglomerate owned by the Sy family. UBSI owns a number of FM stations across the country under the Energy FM brand. History UBSI was founded by the Sy family in 1991 with the launch of K-LOVE 1494. In 1996, UBSI hired former station manager of DZMB and radio consultant Manuelito "Manny" F. Luzon as general manager. Under Luzon's management, he conceptualized a new FM network called Energy FM.
