The Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (IDIA; ) is the agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China. History IDIA was originally established in January 1969 as Foreign Service Training Institute and renamed to Foreign Service Institute in 1971. In March 2004, the Executive Yuan gave approval for the establishment of the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs, and IDIA was inaugurated on 1 September 2012. Daan District (or Da-an District, Da'an, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency District) is an important educational, commercial, residential and cultural District (Taiwan), district of Taipei, Taipei City, Republic of China (Taiwan). Executive Yuan
The Executive Yuan () is the executive branch of the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Its leader is the Premier, who is appointed by the President of the Republic of China, and requires confirmation by the Legislative Yuan. Under the amended constitution, the head of the Executive Yuan is the Premier who is positioned as the head of government and has the power to appoint members to serve in the cabinet, while the ROC President is the head of state under the semi-presidential system, who can appoint the Premier and nominate the members of the cabinet.
