Inland Productions
Inland Productions was a video game developer based out of Carol Stream, Illinois. It developed software for home video game consoles and for Microsoft Windows. Inland Productions was founded by two former employees of development company Studio E. In early 1997 Studio E filed a lawsuit against the two founders and Inland Productions' publisher, THQ, alleging that their former employees had reneged on a deal to finish the game '' VMX Racing'' and used equipment that was Studio E property to start up Inland Productions. ''WCW/nWo Thunder'' is a professional wrestling video game based on the professional wrestling television show of the same name and released on the PlayStation console by THQ in January 1999. ''Thunder'' is the sequel to ''WCW Nitro'' and updates the previous game with new characters and features, including cage matches, battle royals, weapon use, and the ability to select what stable each wrestler competed for (this included WCW, nWo Hollywood, nWo Wolfpac, Raven's Flock, and The Four Horsemen). However, ''Thunder'' received poor reviews. Arctic Thunder
''Arctic Thunder'' is a snowmobile racing game developed by Midway Games. It was released as an arcade game, as well as on the Sony PlayStation 2 and Xbox consoles, and was a launch title for the latter. In the arcade version of the game, jets blow cold or hot winds, depending on the setting, in the player's face during gameplay. ''Arctic Thunder'' is part of Midway's ''Thunder'' series, which also included ''Hydro Thunder'', '' 4 Wheel Thunder'', '' Offroad Thunder'', and '' Hydro Thunder Hurricane''. Carol Stream is a village in DuPage County, Illinois, United States, and a suburb of Chicago. Carol Stream was incorporated on January 5, 1959, and named after its founder's daughter. Per the 2020 census, the population was 39,854. History In 1853, St. John Wahlund Catholic Church was built in Gretna. The church was closed in 1867. When St. Michael's was opened in Wheaton in 1872, St. Stephen's parishioners were transferred to that parish. The church building was dismantled sometime in the late 19th century.
