Indy Groothuizen
Indy Groothuizen (born 22 July 1996) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for AB. Club career Groothuizen is a youth exponent from AFC Ajax. He made his professional debut at Jong Ajax on 8 December 2014 in an Eerste Divisie game against RKC Waalwijk. He replaced an injured Norbert Alblas after 88 minutes in a 3–2 home win. On 31 July 2019, Groothuizen joined Danish 1st Division club Vejle Boldklub on a contract until June 2022. After two years in Denmark, Groothuizen returned to the Netherlands, signing a one-year deal on 14 July 2021 with FC Emmen with an option for one further year. Alkmaar
Alkmaar () is a city and municipality in the Netherlands, located in the province of North Holland, about 30 km north of Amsterdam. Alkmaar is well known for its traditional cheese market. Norbert Alblas (born 12 December 1994) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays for Eredivisie club Excelsior as a goalkeeper. Club career Ajax On 8 August 2013, Alblas signed a one-year contract with Ajax, with an option of a one-year extension. He made his professional debut for Jong Ajax in an Eerste Divisie match against Fortuna Sittard on 16 August 2014. On 27 October 2014, a day before the KNVB Cup match against SV Urk, Ajax manager Frank de Boer announced that Alblas was part of the first-team match squad. This was the first time for Alblas that he was included in the first team. In a match against RKC Waalwijk for Jong Ajax, Alblas was forced off after having torn his anterior cruciate ligament, which meant that he was out for the rest of 2015. The Eredivisie (; ''"Honour Division"'' or ''"Premier Division"'') is the highest level of professional football in the Netherlands. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. It is considered one of the best European leagues. It is the highest football league in Denmark and is currently contested by 12 teams each year, with two teams relegated. The 2016–17 Danish Superliga season was the 27th season of the Danish Superliga, which decides the Danish football championship. The season was the first with a new league structure in which 14 clubs play each other home and away, until the league was split up in championship and relegation play-offs. The new structure was inspired by the one used by the Belgian First Division A and was approved by the Danish FA, Dansk Boldspil-Union, on 28 June 2015. The fixtures were announced on 6 June 2016. The 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, is the sixtieth season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955. It began in August 2015 with the first matches of the season and ended in May 2016 with the finals of the promotion/relegation play-offs, also involving the 16th- and 17th-placed teams from the 2015–16 Eredivisie. This season was the last where promotion and relegation was optional. No club was relegated to the new third-tier division Tweede Divisie (Second Division). This change in the league system was approved in a KNVB assembly in December 2014.
