Indonesian Idol (season 9)
http://mechwarrior3.org/ The ninth season of ''Indonesian Idol'' premiered on RCTI at the end of 2017 after a three-year hiatus. Registration opened 21 August. The main audition process was held in five major cities in Indonesia: Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan and Jakarta. This season was won by the youngest contestant from the history of Indonesian Idol, at 16 year-old, Maria Simorangkir, from Medan, North Sumatra with Ahmad Abdul as the runner-up. Hiatus After the 10th anniversary of Indonesian Idol broadcasts, the show was replaced with ''The Voice Indonesia'' for the second season on RCTI, since the broadcast on Indosiar could not be extended and preferred to focus on the Dangdut contest. In the final year, FremantleMedia presented a new breakthrough singing contest, namely ''Just Duet'', created alongside NET. PT Indosiar Visual Mandiri, commonly known as Indosiar, is an Indonesian over-the-air television network. It broadcasts nationwide on UHF and can be received throughout the Indonesian archipelago on analog PAL television sets, established on 19 July 1991, later began test broadcast in 18 December 1994, and officially launched in 11 January 1995. It is owned by Elang Mahkota Teknologi since 2011; it eventually operated under its subsidiary, Surya Citra Media since 1 May 2013, when the network's original owner, Indosiar Karya Media, absorbed into the latter company. Jakarta International Expo, or JIExpo, is a convention, exhibition and entertainment complex located at Pademangan in north Jakarta, Indonesia. Opened in 2010, it was developed by the Central Cipta Murdaya group. Built in the area of the former Kemayoran Airport. JIExpo recently underwent an expansion from 2016 to 2019, adding an international theatre and convention center. JIExpo covers approximately 44 hectares, with a 2,500-seat theatre and concert hall, 100,000 square meters of exhibition and convention space, and supporting operations. The facility has five exhibition halls, two ballrooms, 14 meeting rooms, and a professional international theatre. There is also a Holiday Inn Express on the grounds. North Sumatera
