Iman Marshall
Iman Marshall (born February 27, 1997) is an American football cornerback who is a free agent. He played college football at USC. Early years Marshall attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School in Long Beach, California. He played wide receiver and safety in high school. He was rated as a five-star recruit and was ranked among the top players in his class. He committed to the University of Southern California (USC) to play college football. College career As a true freshman at USC in 2015, Marshall appeared in all 14 games and made 12 starts. He recorded 67 tackles and three interceptions. As a sophomore in 2016, he started all 13 games, recording 52 tackles and three interceptions. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties. The cornerback position requires speed, agility, strength, and the ability to make rapid sharp turns. The United States Football League (USFL) is a professional American football minor league that began play on April 16, 2022. The inaugural 2022 regular season was played in its entirety in Birmingham, Alabama. The postseason games were played in Canton, Ohio, at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The league is currently owned by National Spring Football League Enterprises Co, LLC, a joint venture between founder Brian Woods and Fox Corporation's sports unit, Fox Sports in the United States.
