Ilir Jaçellari is an Albanian actor, painter and photographer. Ilir is best known for his roles in ACAB – All Cops Are Bastards and Balancing Act. Biography Ilir Jaçellari was born in Lushnje, Albania on 7 July 1970. His first studies were in painting and acting with teaching personalities such as Faslli Haliti and Gjergj Lala. ACAB – All Cops Are Bastards
''ACAB – All Cops Are Bastards'' is a 2012 Italian drama film directed by Stefano Sollima. Plot The film focuses on the life of a group of riot control force policemen, the ''Celerini'', and their life in Rome "cleansing" stadiums of Ultras, Demonstration (people), public demonstrations, evictions and everyday family life. A new recruit, Adriano Costantini, joins the squad for its "high-paying" salary, which he needs to support his mother. The two of them live in a small apartment from which they'll soon be evicted and, even though they had been assigned public housing, an immigrant family has been squatting in it and it is therefore uninhabitable. Adriano is prone to violence and often prefers the use of force even in situations where it is unnecessary, additionally fueled by the anger he feels over his mother's situation.
