Ilijas Pašić
Ilijas Pašić (10 May 1934 – 2 February 2015) was a Yugoslav football player and manager. Playing career Club He started playing football at Romania, but at the age of 18 he made a move to FK Željezničar. He played more than 250 games for the club as a left winger (174 of them were official games) and he scored almost 200 goals (104 in official matches). That makes him one of the best goalscorers in history of the club. He made a move to Dinamo Zagreb in 1959 for which he played 95 games, scoring 31 goals in period of three seasons. However, injury stopped his career to rise even more. He later played in Austria and Switzerland. International In 1954. he made a debut for Yugoslavia national team. That made him first player from FK Željezničar to do so. In total, he collected 8 caps. He also scored one goal (it was on his debut). He was a part of 1958 FIFA World Cup Yugoslav squad. Herceg Novi
Herceg Novi ( cyrl, Херцег Нови, ) is a coastal town in Montenegro located at the Western entrance to the Bay of Kotor and at the foot of Mount Orjen. It is the administrative center of the Herceg Novi Municipality with around 33,000 inhabitants. Herceg Novi was known as Castelnuovo ("New castle" in Italian) between 1482 and 1797, when it was part of the Ottoman Empire and the Albania Veneta of the Republic of Venice. 1960–61 Yugoslav First League
The 1960–61 Yugoslav First League season was won by FK Partizan, which was the club's third title and its first in twelve years. The season was also a coming-out party of sorts for the club's talented new generation of young players known as "Partizan's babies" that would dominate Yugoslav football for the next few years and would even go on to make it to the 1966 European Cup final. The season began later than usual in order to accommodate the Yugoslav Olympic national team's late August and early September 1960 participation at the 1960 Rome Olympics where they won the gold medal with a roster consisting entirely of players from the Yugoslav First League. The 1958–59 Yugoslav First League season was the 13th season of the First Federal League ( hbs, Prva savezna liga), the top level association football league of SFR Yugoslavia, since its establishment in 1946. The 1957–58 Yugoslav First League season was the 12th season of the First Federal League ( hbs, Prva savezna liga), the top level association football league of SFR Yugoslavia, since its establishment in 1946. Fourteen teams contested the competition, with Dinamo Zagreb winning their third title and qualifying for the 1958–59 European Cup. At the end of season four teams were relegated instead of the usual two because the Football Association of Yugoslavia decided to reduce the league to 12 teams for the following season. The Yugoslav First Federal Football League ( Serbian: Прва савезна лига у фудбалу / ''Prva savezna liga u fudbalu'', hr, Prva savezna liga u nogometu, sl, Prva zvezna nogometna liga, mk, Прва сојузна лига, sq, Liga e parë federale), was the premier football league in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (1918–1941) and Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945–1992).
