Ilija Đoković
Ilija Đoković ( sr-cyr, Илија Ђоковић, born 5 January 1996) is a Serbian professional basketball player for SCM Timișoara of the Romanian Liga Națională. Professional career Đoković started playing professional basketball for his hometown club Jagodina in the 2012–13 season. He stayed there for three seasons and signed with FMP in March 2015, just before the final round of the Serbian First League season. During the 2015–16 season with FMP Belgrade, he averaged 6.4 points, 3.2 assists and 1.7 rebounds over 39 games. In the summer of 2016, Đoković signed a contract with Borac Čačak. In 2016–17 season, his first season with the club, he averaged 7.5 points, 2.7 assists and 1.8 rebounds over 40 domestic league games. In 2017–18 season, he averaged 11.1 points, 4.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds over 31 domestic league games. Guard (basketball)
In the sport of basketball, there are five players play per team, each assigned to positions. Historically, these players have been assigned, to positions defined by the role they play on the court, from a strategic point of view. The three main positions are guard, forward, and center, with the standard team featuring two guards, two forwards, and a center. The Basketball League of Serbia ( sr, Кошаркашка лига Србије, Košarkaška liga Srbije; abbr. КЛС or KLS), is a top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup Qualification (Europe)
The 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup qualification for the FIBA Europe region, began in August 2017 and concluded in February 2019. Contrary to previous years, no teams were automatically placed into the World Cup, so all FIBA Europe nations had to participate in qualification. Format FIBA Europe was allocated 12 berths at the World Cup. In total, 37 FIBA Europe teams took part in the qualification tournament. Aleksandar "Saša" Đorđević or Sale Đorđević (Anglicized: Sasha Djordjevic; sr-Cyrl, Александар Саша Ђорђевић, ; born 26 August 1967) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player. He currently serves as a head coach for the senior China. During his playing career, he was listed as a 1.88 m (6'2") 90 kg (198 lb.) point guard. During his pro club playing career, Đorđević, along with his teammate Sasha Danilović, helped to lead Partizan Belgrade to its first EuroLeague title in 1992, while he earned an All-Final Four Team selection in the process.
