Ilana Adir (-Kamarshik; אילנה אדיר-קמרשיק; born June 28, 1941) is an Israeli former Olympic sprinter, and former Israeli Women's Champion in the 100 metre sprint. She was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is Jewish. Sprinting career Her personal best in the 100 metres was 12.3 in 1960. That year she was Israeli Women's Champion in the 100 metres, with a time of 12.4. Ilana Karaszyk (also "Karashik"; אילנה קרשיק; born July 1, 1938) is an Israeli former Olympic runner and long jumper.
