"If You Love Somebody Set Them Free" is the first single released from Sting's solo debut album '' The Dream of the Blue Turtles''. Song information Like much of the album, the song has heavy jazz influences, and was a major hit, peaking at number one on the US Album Rock Tracks chart for three weeks. ''Bring On the Night'' is the first live album by Sting recorded over the course of several live shows in 1985 and released in 1986. The title is taken from a song by the Police from their 1979 album ''Reggatta de Blanc''. The Dead Milkmen is an American punk rock band formed in 1983 in Philadelphia.
