Ian Tregillis is an American author. He is the author of the alternate history trilogy ''The Milkweed Triptych'' and a contributor to George R. R. Martin's Wild Cards series. He is an alumnus of the Clarion Workshop, and holds a Ph.D in physics. Max Gladstone
Max Gladstone (born May 28, 1984) is an American fantasy author. He is best known for his 2012 debut novel ''Three Parts Dead'', which is part of ''The Craft Sequence'', his urban fantasy serial ''Bookburners'', and for co-writing ''This Is How You Lose the Time War''. Gladstone is a graduate of Yale University, where he studied Chinese. He has worked in China, including as a teacher in a rural area of Anhui from 2006 to 2008, and as a translator for a car magazine. In 2013, Gladstone was a finalist for the 2012 John W. Cassandra Rose Clarke (born 1983) is an American author who writes speculative fiction novels. Education Clarke graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in English. She received a master's degree in creative writing from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. She was selected for the Clarion West Writers Workshop in 2010. Writing style Clarke writes speculative fiction novels. The Witch Who Came In From The Cold
''The Witch Who Came in from the Cold'' is a serialized alternate history fantasy publication by Serial Box. Like all Serial Box productions, it is available as an audio drama and an ebook. A print version is also available. The story is set in Prague in 1970, just after the Prague Spring. CIA spy Gabriel Pritchard engages in espionage against the KGB, particularly against Russian agent Tanya Morozova. His work is compromised when he is embroiled in a conflict between two warring groups of sorcerers known as the Ice and the Flame, who have infiltrated the intelligence agencies of all major world superpowers. Gabe and Tanya's loyalties to their countries and magical allies are tested as each group attempts to seize control of a Russian defector, who also happens to host a powerful elemental spirit.
