Ian Blackwood
Ian Blackwood (born August 12, 1982) is a Canadian photographer, musician/producer, and actor known for being the vocalist/guitarist of the now defunct Toronto-based punk rock band The Artist Life, and for playing Kyle Bateman on the CTV teen hit ''Instant Star''. Past musical projects also include the bands The Posts, The Artist Life and This is the Noise. Blackwood was also a technician for the band, Walk Off The Earth. Blackwood has been a member of the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Arts ACTRA for over a decade and has been seen on many television and film productions such as Odd Squad (TVO), Heroes Reborn (NBC), Warehouse 13 (Syfy), Degrassi (CTV/EPITOME) and V Morgan Is Dead (Shaftesbury Films). He has also been featured in many Canadian and American commercial advertisements. Burlington is a city in the Regional Municipality of Halton at the northwestern end of Lake Ontario in Ontario, Canada. Along with Milton to the north, it forms the western end of the Greater Toronto Area and is also part of the Hamilton metropolitan census area. ''Degrassi'' is a Canadian television franchise created by Kit Hood and Linda Schuyler in 1979. The Creepshow
The Creepshow is a Canadian rock band from Burlington, Ontario. The band formed in 2005 when the four original members got together with the purpose of starting a psychobilly band. The Creepshow writes the majority of their songs about horror films. Former bands Most of The Creepshow's current and past members have been in various garage bands before. McNab was the singer/guitarist for Outspan and Jersey. McGinty was the songwriter and trombonist for ska band two-face and played trombone in Outspan as well. Matt "Pomade" Gee splits his time between The Creepshow and punk band Rehab for Quitters for which he also plays drums. Capilano University (CapU) is a teaching-focused public university based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, located on the slopes of the North Shore Mountains, with programming that also serves the Sea-to-Sky Corridor and the Sunshine Coast. Sarah Blackwood (born 6 May 1971) is an English recording artist. She came to prominence as the lead singer of Dubstar, and as Client B in the band Client. Career Blackwood was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England, attended a local school, and went to Newcastle University to study interior design. She lived in Manchester when operating exclusively within Dubstar, but lives and works in London as of 2015.
