Iain B. MacDonald
Iain B. MacDonald (born March 10) is an Irish and English director. He started his career making arts documentaries, most notably ''Gilbert & George Day Tripping,'' featuring the world renowned art duo Gilbert & George. He has directed a diverse range of projects such as Episodes (TV series), ''Episodes'', ''Wayne (TV series), Wayne'', ''Black Monday (TV series), Black Monday'', and ''Survivor's Remorse''. He also served as the producing director for Preacher (TV series), ''Preacher'' and multiple seasons of Shameless (American TV series), ''Shameless''. In 2014 he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series for his work on ''Episodes (TV series), Episodes''. In 2022, Iain B. MacDonald married Zippy Guerin. Gilbert & George
Gilbert Prousch, sometimes referred to as Gilbert Proesch (born 17 September 1943 in San Martin de Tor, Italy), and George Passmore (born 8 January 1942 in Plymouth, United Kingdom), are two artists who work together as the collaborative art duo Gilbert & George. They are known for their distinctive and highly formal appearance and manner in performance art, and also for their brightly coloured graphic-style photo-based artworks. In 2017, the artists celebrated their 50th anniversary. Early lives Gilbert Prousch was born in San Martin de Tor in South Tyrol, northern Italy, his mother tongue being Ladin.
