The I Hear a Song Tour is the second nationwide concert tour by Australian pop star, Dami Im. The album will support Im's fifth studio album '' I Hear a Song'', released on 23 March 2018. Announcement and description The Tour was announced on 7 December 2017. The tour is described as an "intimate tour" with Dami playing her hits and fan favourites as well as new material from her upcoming album. In August, 3 additional dates were added for November 2018. Dami Im
Dami Im ( , , ; born October 17, 1988) is a South Korean-born Australian singer and songwriter. She represented Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 held in Stockholm, Sweden with the song " Sound of Silence", placing second and achieving the highest Eurovision Song Contest score for Australia. Im emigrated to Australia from South Korea with her family at the age of nine. She won the fifth season of ''The X Factor Australia'' and subsequently received a recording contract with Sony Music Australia. In 2020 she left Sony Music and signed with ABC Music. After winning ''The X Factor'', Im released her debut and winner's single "Alive", which debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart. "Autumn Leaves" is a popular song and jazz standard composed by Joseph Kosma in 1945 with original lyrics by Jacques Prévert in French (original French title: "Les Feuilles mortes"), and later by Johnny Mercer in English. An instrumental version by pianist Roger Williams was a number one best-seller in the US ''Billboard'' charts of 1955. Background Kosma was a native of Hungary who was introduced to Prévert in Paris.
