"I Believe" is a song by American rock band Bon Jovi. Written by Jon Bon Jovi, it was released in September 20, 1993, as the fifth single from their fifth studio album, ''Keep the Faith'' (1992). The single reached number 11 in the United Kingdom and number 40 in Australia. Live performances "I Believe" was played extensively during the Keep the Faith Tour (1993) and the I'll Sleep When I'm Dead Tour (1993) and on occasion on the Crush Tour (2000). Since then, it has been barely played and has become one of the rarest songs to be played live. Bon Jovi is an American Rock music, rock band formed in 1983 in Sayreville, New Jersey. It consists of singer Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, guitarist Phil X, and bassist Hugh McDonald (American musician), Hugh McDonald. Original bassist Alec John Such, Alec John such quit the band in 1994. Sadly, he passed away in June, 2022 due to natural causes at the age of 70. Richie Sambora
Richard Stephen Sambora (born July 11, 1959) is an American rock guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer, best known as the lead guitarist of the rock band Bon Jovi from 1983 to 2013. He and lead singer Jon Bon Jovi formed the main songwriting unit for the band. He has also released three solo albums: ''Stranger in This Town'' in 1991, ''Undiscovered Soul'' in 1998, and ''Aftermath of the Lowdown'' released in September 2012. In 2018, Sambora was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Bon Jovi, and reunited with his former bandmates for a performance at the induction ceremony.
