''I Am Seven'' (stylized ''I AM SE7EN'') is the third extended play, mini-album by South Korean recording artist Seven (Korean singer), Seven. It was released on October 14, 2016, under Eleven9 Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. Following a hiatus lasting nearly five years, the record is his first release since his military service scandal in 2013 and departure from YG Entertainment the following year. Background Seven was subject to conscription in South Korea and enlisted for military service on March 19, 2013. In June of that year, Seven was among three celebrities filmed "visiting illegal massage parlors that provide adult services while on official leave to perform at a concert"; he spent ten days in military prison for breaching regulations. Choi Dong-wook (; born November 9, 1984), better known by his stage name Seven (; stylized as Se7en), is a South Korean singer, who has also advanced into Japan, China and the United States. Career 2003–2004: Debut with ''Just Listen'', best new artist awards, and ''Must Listen'' Seven began training under the management agency YG Entertainment at the age of fifteen. Park Han-byul, (born November 17, 1984) is a South Korean actress and model. Career As a student at Anyang Art High School, Park posted photographs of herself on the internet, becoming an online celebrity due to her close physical resemblance to actress Jun Ji-hyun. After being signed by an entertainment agency, she made her acting debut in the 2003 horror film ''Wishing Stairs'', her part requiring her to learn ballet over a two-month period of rigorous training. ''Hankook Ilbo'' () is a Korean-language daily newspaper in Seoul, South Korea. As of 2017, it had a daily circulation of about 213,200. It was previously published by the Hankook Ilbo Media Group, however following an embezzlement scandal in 2013–2014 it was sold to Dongwha Enterprise, which also owns ''The Korea Times''.
