''ITN World News'' was a newscast shown during the late 1980s and most of the 1990s. It was either shown on cable or satellite television, or shown internationally. The newscast was broadcast from London, England, and was produced by Independent Television News. A domestic national version was also shown in the United Kingdom on terrestrial television. ''ITN World News'' began broadcasting on Super Channel, and aired on NBC Europe, Nine Network Australia, TVNZ, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) stations and most of the ITV regions. The broadcast began in 1987, and has not been seen on British screens since 1999. The newscast was produced by ITN and broadcast from its studios in London. Good Morning Britain (1983 TV Programme)
''Good Morning Britain'' was TV-am's main breakfast television show, broadcast on weekdays from February 1983 until the franchise ended in 1992. It had many different presenters throughout its run. After a difficult first few months, which almost led to the failure of the broadcasting franchise, ''Good Morning Britain'' became a success. The studio buildings in Hawley Crescent would later be acquired by what is now Paramount Global, and ultimately used as Paramount International Networks' offices. According to Kaleidoscope's TV Brain website, many editions of the original ''Good Morning Britain'', right up to its end, no longer exist in the archives. Selina Mary Scott (born 13 May 1951) is an English television presenter who co-hosted the first dedicated breakfast television programme in the UK before crossing the Atlantic to join '' West 57th'', a prime-time current-affairs show broadcast from New York. Richard Lindley (journalist)
Richard Lindley (25 April 1936 – 6 November 2019) was a British television journalist. Biography Lindley was born in Winchester, Hampshire, on 25 April 1936. He was educated at Bedford School and Queens' College, Cambridge, and is mentioned in The Peerage. Lindley's television career began in 1962. He joined ITN, working as a war reporter in Africa, Asia and in the Middle East. In 1973, he moved from news to current affairs, joining the BBC's flagship ''Panorama'' programme. He remained with ''Panorama'' for fifteen years before being appointed as a television regulator at the Independent Broadcasting Authority, forerunner of Ofcom, regulating the accuracy and impartiality of ITV news and current affairs.
