Darat Izza ( ar, دارة عزة, also spelled Darat Aza or Darit Izza) is a town in northern Syria, administratively part of the Aleppo Governorate, located northwest of Aleppo. Nearby localities include Deir Samaan to the north, Anadan to the east and Turmanin to the southwest. Michael Izza is CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Early life and education Izza was born in December 1960. From Bolton, Izza gained a law degree from Durham University, during which time he was also President of Durham Students' Union. Career Upon graduation in 1983, Izza trained as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Manchester (now PwC). Jaysh Al-Izza
The Army of Glory ( ar, جيش العزة, Jaysh al-Izza), formerly the Union of Glory ( ar, تجمع العزة, Tajamu‘ al-‘Izza, links=no), is a Syrian rebel group affiliated with the Free Syrian Army active in northwestern Syria, mainly in the al-Ghab Plain in northern Hama and its surroundings. Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United States have supplied the group with anti-tank missiles including 9K111 Fagots and BGM-71 TOWs. The group has also expressed its disapproval of international efforts such as the Astana and Sochi agreements for de-escalating the war in Syria, and has opposed Russia's involvement in the war. Jaysh al-Izza also made efforts to join the Turkish-backed National Front for Liberation which includes other prominent Syrian opposition groups in Idlib such as Ahrar al-Sham and the Sham Legion, but did not do so out of complications with the integration about which Jaysh al-Izza's leadership did not elaborate. Izza Génini (born 1942) is a Moroccan movie producer and director. She has lived and worked in Paris, France since 1960. Biography Izza Génini was born in Casablanca, Morocco, in 1942 to a Jewish family. After studying literature and foreign languages at the Sorbonne and the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales, both in Paris, Génini decided to enter cinema.
