Nik Izara Aishah binti Nik Izazurin (born 28 September 1992) is a Malaysian actress and model. She debuted in 2011 and since then has starred in dramas, telemovies, television and movies. Early life Izara was born on 28 September 1992, in Kampung Bakar Batu, Johor Malaysia. She is the first daughter of three siblings. Her father is Malay while her mother is Pakistani. She graduated from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. Izara began her acting career in 2011. She also won 2nd place in Dewi Remaja 2009/2010. Izara began training in Muay Thai at 16, unfortunately her training stopped due to time limitations. She has been the brand ambassador for several companies and products, and has appeared in commercials for McDonald's, Burger King and Fair and Lovely. Kampung Bakar Batu
Bakar Batu or Kampung Bakar Batu (also spelled Kampung Tebrau Bakar Batu and Kampung Bakar Batu Tebrau) is a small village in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. It is situated between, Kampung Melayu Majidee, Taman Sentosa and Permas Jaya. The village is first was explored by the Malays (ethnic group), Malays and Javanese people, Javanese. At first they worked in rubber plantations owned by late Sultan Ibrahim of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Johore in the 19th and 20th centuries. After so many years of work in rubber plantations, eventually they find a place to stay on the outskirts of the forest estate, which was then known as Terbrau Bakar Batu. Now this small village is surrounding by housing estates like Pasir Pelangi, the royal village, Taman Iskandar, Taman Sentosa, Permas Jaya and more. TV9 (spelled as ''tivi sembilan'') is a Malaysian free-to-air television network launched on 22 April 2006 as a subsidiary of Media Prima, Media Prima Berhad. It airs programming that tends mostly towards the Malay demographic. The channel formerly existed as Channel 9 from 9 September 2003 until 3 February 2005 due to financial difficulties faced by the operator. TV9 started broadcasting 24 hours a day on 6 May 2019.
