Atsuhiro Iwai
is a former Japanese football player. Playing career Iwai was born in Saitama Prefecture on January 31, 1967. After graduating from Tokai University, he joined All Nippon Airways (later ''Yokohama Flügels'') in 1989. He became a regular player as center back for the first season. The club won the championship at the 1993 Emperor's Cup and 1994–95 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. In 1996, he moved to the newly promoted J1 League club, Avispa Fukuoka is a Japanese professional football club, currently competing in the J1 League. The team is located in Hakata, Fukuoka. is a Japanese curling, curler from Takarazuka, Hyōgo. After winning the 2018 Japanese curling championship, Iwai skip (curling), skipped the Japanese national team at the 2018 World Men's Curling Championship. Iwai threw third stones on the team which also consisted of fourth Go Aoki, second Ruyotaro Shukuya and lead Yutaka Aoyama (curler), Yutaka Aoyama. Shunji Iwai
is a Japanese film director, video artist, writer and documentary maker. Life and career Iwai was born in Sendai, Miyagi, Japan. He attended Yokohama National University, graduating in 1987. In 1988 he started out in the Japanese entertainment industry by directing TV dramas and music videos. Then, in 1993, his TV drama, ''Fireworks'', brought him critical praise and the Directors Guild of Japan New Directors Award for his portrayal of a group of children in the town of Iioka. In 1995 he went on to start his career in feature films, starting with the box-office hit ''Love Letter'', in which he cast pop singer Miho Nakayama in dual roles. Iwai was a member of the all-girl pop group Onyanko Club (from 21 June 1985 until 31 August 1987), and she was the shortest of all the members at 150 centimetres (4 ft 11 in).
