Creation Festival, commonly shortened to Creation, is an annual four-day Christian music festival in the United States. According to its organizers, it is the "Nation's Largest Christian Music Festival." Average attendance is between 50,000 and 100,000 annually. The four-day festivals host more than sixty Christian rock, contemporary, and worship bands. The Lives of Famous Men is an American rock band that formed in the Fall of 2006 in Portland, Oregon, each member hailing from Anchorage, Alaska. The band takes its name from the title of a poem by Jack Gilbert. History The Lives of Famous Men began rehearsing together in the Fall of 2006. In the Spring of 2007, they recorded an EP entitled ''Rehearsal'' in Hillsboro, Oregon, and after playing a few shows in Portland, started their first national tour supporting Youinseries and National Product. At the end of the summer, they returned to their hometown of Anchorage, Alaska to play three shows with Shiny Toy Guns. Emery (band)
Emery is an American post-hardcore band formed in Rock Hill, South Carolina, in 2001 by Toby Morrell, Devin Shelton, Matt Carter, Josh Head, Joel Green, and Seth Studley. The band relocated to Seattle in order to reach a more music-centered scene. Before signing with Tooth & Nail Records, Emery recorded two EPs, ''The Columbus EEP Thee'' and ''The Weak's End'' demo that they used to attract attention from labels.
