Iveta Miculyčová
Iveta Miculyčová (born 15 September 2005) is a Czech BMX cyclist. In 2022 she became the European Champion in Freestyle Park and won the bronze medal at the 2022 World Championships. Early life Miculyčová is from Kostelec nad Orlicí in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. In 2018 a skatepark was built in her hometown and her parents bought her a BMX for Christmas. She also played football and made it to the under-15 national team and received an offer to play from Sparta Prague but her mother preferred her to stay at home and finish her education. Career Miculyčová became the first Czech rider to complete a back flip in competition. She won the 2022 European BMX Championships in Munich, Germany, in August 2022, triumphing over a field that included Olympic medalists Charlotte Worthington and Nikita Ducarroz. Freestyle BMX
Freestyle BMX is bicycle motocross stunt riding on BMX bikes. It is an extreme sport descended from BMX racing that consists of five disciplines: street, park, vert, trails, and flatland. In June 2017, the International Olympic Committee announced that freestyle park was to be added as an Olympic event to the 2020 Summer Olympics. Early years The earliest photographic documentation of BMX freestyle shows Devin and Todd Bank in 1974 riding BMX bikes on an eight foot tall skateboard ramp they built at their childhood home in West Los Angeles, California. This was the birth of BMX ramp riding. Devin Bank was also documented doing 360 degree freestyle spinning tricks on the street and also in the air by jumping off curbs. Charlotte Worthington
Charlotte Worthington (born 26 June 1996) is a British cyclist and Olympic gold medallist who competes internationally in Freestyle BMX. Biography Worthington was born in 1996. Worthington took up BMX seriously at the age of 20, and worked full-time as a chef at a Mexican restaurant near Chorlton for three years before Freestyle BMX was added to the Olympics in 2017. Worthington was accepted on to the Great Britain Cycling Team programme in Freestyle Park and 2019 saw her win the inaugural British and European titles, before she became the first ever British woman to win a world medal in the discipline, taking bronze at the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships in Chengdu behind Hannah Roberts of the US and the Chilean rider Macarena Perez Grasset. BMX, an abbreviation for bicycle motocross or bike motocross, is a cycle sport performed on BMX bikes, either in competitive BMX racing or freestyle BMX, or else in general street or off-road recreation. A hematoma, also spelled haematoma, or blood suffusion is a localized bleeding outside of blood vessels, due to either disease or trauma including injury or surgery and may involve blood continuing to seep from broken capillary, capillaries. Nikita Ducarroz
Nikita Ducarroz (born 12 August 1996 in Nice, France) is a Swiss Freestyle BMX Olympic bronze medalist. In 2019 she also finished fifth at the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships, fourth at the UCI Freestyle BMX World Cup and then won the 2020 BMX Simple Session in Tallinn, Estonia.
