Ivan Federico (born 20 March 1999 in Cirié) is an Italian skateboarder. He has competed in men's park events at several World Skate Championships, notably winning bronze in 2016. He has also competed at X Games, finishing fourth in 2017 and winning gold in 2019. Cirié (; pms, italic=yes, Ciriè or ''Siriè'') is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northwest of Turin. Cirié borders the following municipalities: Nole, San Carlo Canavese, San Maurizio Canavese and Robassomero. World Skateboarding Championship
The World Skateboarding Championship is an annual competition of men's and women's park skateboarding and street skateboarding, organized by World Skate (WS). Until 2017, the two disciplines were contested in separate tournaments, known as the Vans Park Series World Championship, for park skateboarding, and SLS Super Crown World Championship for street skateboarding. Due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, World Skate banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials from its competitions, and will not stage any events in Russia or Belarus in 2022. In 2022, World Skate organised the first vert world championship which was included as part of the 2022 World Skate Games. The X Games are an annual extreme sports event organized, produced and broadcast by ESPN. Coverage is also shown on ESPN's sister network, ABC. Skateboarding At The 2020 Summer Olympics – Men's Park
The 2020 Summer Olympics men's park skateboarding competitions took place on August 5, 2021 at the Ariake Urban Sports Park in Tokyo, Japan. Competition format The twenty participating skateboarders were sorted into four heats of five skaters each for the semifinals (prelims). During the semifinals, each skater did three 45-second runs in their designated heat. The best run score of each skater's three runs built a ranking.
