Italy Under-21 Serie B Representative Team
Italy national under-21 football B team is the Italy national football team that represents Serie B at competitions and is controlled by the Lega B. Due to sponsorship reasons, the team was credited as Under-21 Serie B TIM until 2010. They are the B team and feeder team of Italy national under-21 football team, which occasionally plays against other national under-21 teams. Unlike the main team, the U21 Serie B selects players from Serie B only and was controlled by Lega Calcio (later Lega B) instead of Italian Football Federation (FIGC). The team also plays against football clubs, Under-20 Lega Pro (selected players from Lega Pro), Serie B Foreigners Best XI, The Football League under-21 team (in 2006) and internal friendlies, which the team split into blue and white team and against each other. Lega B
The Lega Nazionale Professionisti B (Italian for National Professionals League B), commonly known as LNPB or Lega B (B League), is the governing body that runs the second tier of professional Association football, football competitions in Italy, the Serie B. It was previously known as Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B or just Lega Serie B. It was founded on 7 July 2010, following a split between Serie A and Serie B clubs, which led to the dissolution of the Lega Nazionale Professionisti, Lega Calcio and creation of two new leagues, the Lega Serie A and Lega Serie B respectively. Giacomo "Jack" Bonaventura (; (born 22 August 1989) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Serie A club Fiorentina and the Italy national football team. Simone Pepe (; born 30 August 1983) is an Italian former footballer who played as a winger, on either side of the pitch. After starting out at Roma, he went on to compete in Serie A for 12 seasons, spending most of his time at Udinese and Juventus and amassing totals of 251 games and 31 goals, winning four consecutive national championships with the latter club. Daniele Gastaldello (; born 25 June 1983) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Club career Gastaldello was bought by Juventus in 2002 from Serie C2 side Calcio Padova; in that season he played in the Primavera squad. Andrea Esposito (born 17 May 1986) is an Italian footballer who plays as a defender for club Latina. Club career As a young boy, Esposito started his career in the local Lecce Primavera youth squad before being sent to Sambenedettese on loan for the 2006–07 season. Serbian First League
The Serbian First League ( sr, Прва лига Србије / Prva liga Srbije), referred to as the Mozzart Bet First League ( sr, Моцарт Бет Прва лига / Mozzart Bet Prva liga) for sponsorship reasons, is the name for the second tier in professional Serbia's football league. The league was formed in 2005, following a reshuffle of the second tier Serbo-Montenegrin divisions. It is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. Format The league is usually formed by 16 clubs which play all against one another twice, once at home, once away. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Football Association of Serbia completed a restructure of the league system, and in season 2020/2021 that meant 18 clubs would be competing in the Serbian First League, the number of clubs will go back to the usual 16 following the conclusion of the 2020-2021 season.
