It features a Printemps, fnac and over 130 stores, most of which are based overseas. The centre is situated over 3 levels with one level being subterranean (bas), one at ground level (rdc) and one above ground level (haut). The shopping centre is the largest within the perimeter of boulevard périphérique, Paris' ring road that typically confines Paris itself and is an unofficial boundary. This is mainly because the only other places with a department store in Paris are not situated within a shopping centre with the exception of Galeries Lafayette Montparnasse which is situated in a small shopping centre of about 10 stores at the base of Tour Montparnasse. 13th Arrondissement Of Paris
The 13th arrondissement of Paris (''XIIIe arrondissement'') is one of the 20 arrondissements of the capital city of France. In spoken French, this arrondissement is referred to as ''treizième''. The arrondissement, called Gobelins, is situated on the left bank of the River Seine. It is home to Paris's principal Asian community, the Quartier Asiatique, located in the southeast of the arrondissement in an area that contains many high-rise apartment buildings. Printemps (; meaning "spring (season), springtime" in French language, French) is a French department store chain (french: grand magasin, links=no, literally "big store"). The Printemps stores focus on beauty, lifestyle, fashion, accessories, and men's wear. The Boulevard Périphérique (), often called the Périph', is a controlled-access dual-carriageway ring road in Paris, France. With a few exceptions (see '' Structure and Layout''), it is situated along Paris's administrative limit. The speed limit along the Périphérique is 70 km/h (45 mph). Each ring generally has four traffic lanes, with no hard shoulder. Its major interchanges are called ''portes''.
