It's You, It's Me
''It's You, It's Me'' is the debut studio album by American House music, house Disc jockey, DJ Kaskade. It was released on March 18, 2003, by Om Records, OM Records. A deluxe edition of the album was released on March 28, 2013, before Kaskade's ''It's You, It's Me Redux'' tour. The deluxe album edition contains the full-length original album with tracks and remixes from Kaskade's first four official singles: "What I Say", "Gonna Make It", "I Feel It" and "It's You, It's Me". The nine-city tour commemorates ten years of the album's release by performing in areas similar to where the artist began. Ryan Gary Raddon (born February 25, 1971), better known by his stage name Kaskade, is an American DJ, record producer and remixer. ''DJ Times'' voted Kaskade "America's Best DJ" in 2011 and 2013. ''DJ Mag'' named Kaskade fifty-first on its 2009 list of Top 100 DJs. Early life Born in Chicago, Kaskade grew up in nearby Northbrook and attended Glenbrook North High School. As a teenager, he would shop for music at Gramaphone Records on Clark Street in Chicago. His brother, Rich Raddon, became an entrepreneur and film producer. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah from 1989 to 1990, working on his DJ skills in his dorm room. House is a music genre characterized by a repetitive four-on-the-floor beat and a typical tempo of 120 beats per minute. ''In the Moment'' is the second studio album by American DJ and producer Kaskade. It was released on May 18, 2004 by OM Records. Reception Tim O'Neil from PopMatters wrote that: Kaskade — AKA Ryan Raddon — rose to prominence in the early ’00s after a decade spent building his reputation in the wilds of Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to the Bay Area and got a job in the A&R department of San Francisco’s Om Records.
