Ismaël Emelien
Ismaël Emelien (born in 1987) is a French political advisor. He is a co-founder of En Marche! and served as President Emmanuel Macron's special advisor for strategy, communication and speeches. Early life and education Emelien was born 9 March 1987 in Grenoble. He has a sister, Marie. He graduated from Sciences Po in 2010. Career Emelien worked on Dominique Strauss-Kahn's campaign during the 2006 Socialist Party primary of the 2007 presidential election, where Strauss-Kahn lost to Ségolène Royal (who lost to President Nicolas Sarkozy in the general election). Shortly afterward, Emelien joined Fondation Jean-Jaurès, where he worked for Gilles Finchelstein, and he co-edited a book with Julia Cagé. He subsequently worked for Euro RSCG, a PR firm now known as Havas Worldwide. He worked on Nicolás Maduro's campaign in 2013. Emelien first met Macron in 2009. Nicolás Maduro
Nicolás Maduro Moros (; born 23 November 1962) is a Venezuelan politician and president of Venezuela since 2013, with his presidency under dispute since 2019. Beginning his working life as a bus driver, Maduro rose to become a trade union leader before being elected to the National Assembly in 2000. He was appointed to a number of positions under President Hugo Chávez, serving as President of the National Assembly from 2005 to 2006, as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2006 to 2013 and as the vice president from 2012 to 2013 under Chávez. After Chávez's death was announced on 5 March 2013, Maduro assumed the presidency. The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is a pan-European think tank with offices in seven European capitals. The 2017 French presidential election was held on 23 April and 7 May 2017.
