Isabelle Champmoreau (born February 19, 1975) is a New Caledonian politician who serves as the Vice President of the Government of New Caledonia. She is a member of The Rally-UMP, and served in the government of Harold Martin. She is a teacher by profession. Career Champmoreau was municipal councilor of Nouméa from 2001 under Jean Lèques and later saved as deputy mayor. Elected to the government of Thierry Santa Thierry Santa (born 29 August 1967) is a French politician in New Caledonia who served the 9th President of the Government of New Caledonia, elected by the cabinet on 6 July 2019. Gilbert Tyuiénon (born 28 March 1958) is a New Caledonian politician. He is a pro-independence ethnic Kanak. Tyuiénon-was elected Vice President of New Caledonia on 11 March 2011 in the collegial cabinet of Harold Martin and held that position until 5 June 2014. As of 2018, he continues to be a member of the collegial government. He was reelected as Vice President of New Caledonia on 9 July 2019 in the cabinet of Thierry Santa. Nouméa () is the capital and largest city of the French special collectivity of New Caledonia and is also the largest francophone city in Oceania. Harold Martin (born 6 April 1954, Nouméa, New Caledonia) is a French politician. He served twice as President of the Government of New Caledonia (from 7 August 2007 to 10 May 2009 and again from 3 March 2011 to 5 June 2014) and three times as President of the Congress of New Caledonia between 1997 and 2011 (most recently from 22 May 2009 to 3 March 2011).
