Evie Irie (born December 2002) is an Australian pop singer and songwriter from the Central Coast, New South Wales. She released her debut extended play ''5 Weeks in LA'' in 2019 through Republic Records, after travelling to the United States to pursue becoming a singer. Yu Irie
is a Japanese film director / screenwriter who was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and grew up in Fukaya, Saitama Prefecture. After a number of short films, including ''Obsession'' and ''Seven Drives'' which were screened at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival in 2003 and 2004, Irie directed two softcore erotic V-Cinema videos in 2007, ''Cream Lemon 7'' and ''Swimsuit Spy - SPY GIRLS''. The latter video, an erotic comedy, starred AV Idol Mihiro. In 2009 the second feature film he directed, , won the grand prize in the Off Theatre Competition at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival. Toshio Irie (bureaucrat)
was a Japanese bureaucrat and politician. Born and raised in Tokyo, Toshio attended Tokyo University and joined the Home Affairs Ministry on graduation. He became Counselor for the Bureau of Legislation in 1927, and served in various posts there. In 1946, under Yoshida Shigeru Toshio was promoted to Director-General of the Bureau. In this role, he assisted in drafting the reforms to the post-war Constitution of Japan, and served on the Cabinet's committee for dealing with legislative problems. After the enactment of the new constitution, Toshio was appointed to the House of Peers, and two years later he was promoted to Commissioner General of the House of Representatives' Legislative Bureau. He later served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Japan from 1952-1970, the longest recorded tenure in that office. He finished fourth in the 100 m backstroke at the 1928 Summer Olympics. Later that year, on October 14, 1928, he set a new world record in the 200 m at 2 minutes 37.8 seconds. Takako Irie
was a Japanese film actress. Born in Tokyo into the aristocratic Higashibōjō family (her birth name was ), she graduated from Bunka Gakuin before debuting as an actress at Nikkatsu in 1927. She became a major star, even starting her own production company, Irie Productions, in 1932. One of Kenji Mizoguchi's silent film masterpieces, ''The Water Magician'', was produced at that company with Irie starring. She appeared in many advertisements, as well as on fans and other commercial goods. Taikichi Irie (入江 泰吉, ''Irie Taikichi'') (November 5, 1905 – January 16, 1992) was a Japan, Japanese photographer. He concentrated on Yamatoji (historical sites of Nara Prefecture) and Buddhist statues. Biography Irie was born in Nara, Nara, Nara. He started photography in his teens, influenced by a brother. He began work in a camera store in Osaka in 1925 and in 1931 set up his own company in Osaka, Kōgeisha (光芸社). They did product and advertising photography and sold photographic goods.
