Iranian Workers' Solidarity Network ( fa, شبکه همبستگی کارگری) often abbreviated as IWSN, is an international network of Iranian trade union and workers' right activists. Established in 2001, it currently has chapters in 13 countries around the world. Labor rights or workers' rights are both legal rights and human rights relating to labor relations between workers and employers. These rights are codified in national and international labor and employment law. In general, these rights influence working conditions in relations of employment. One of the most prominent is the right to freedom of association, otherwise known as the right to organize. Workers organized in trade unions exercise the right to collective bargaining to improve working conditions. Syndicate Of Workers Of Tehran And Suburbs Bus Company
The Syndicate of Workers of Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company (SWTSBC) ( fa, سنديكای شركت واحد اتوبوسرانی) is a trade union centered on the Greater Tehran region. It has a membership of over 17,000 labourers; most of whom work for the United Bus Company of Tehran (''Sharekat-e Vahed''). Initially established in 1958, its activity has been intermittent throughout the years.
