Ionuț Nedelcearu
Ionuț Nedelcearu (; born 25 April 1996) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Russian Premier League club Akron Tolyatti and the Romania national team. Club career Dinamo București Nedelcearu joined the youth system of Dinamo București at the age of seven. After playing for the reserves, he made his first-team debut on 31 October 2013 in a Cupa României match against Chindia Târgoviște, aged 17. On 13 December that year, he recorded his first Liga I appearance in a 4–0 home victory over ACS Poli Timișoara. Nedelcearu netted his first goal for the ''Alb-roșii'' in a 3–2 away win against Pandurii Târgu Jiu on 28 October 2015, a game where he also scored in his own net. History During the summer of 2010, Rustem Khamitov, the second President of the Bashkortostan, Republic of Bashkortostan, began considering the establishment of a football club with the intention to represent the city of Ufa and also the Republic in the Russian Premier League. Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958.
