Mediocredito Italiano S.p.A. (MCI) is an Italian commercial bank based in Milan, Lombardy region. Roberto Mazzotta (born 1940) is an Italian politician from the Christian Democracy (Italy), Christian Democracy (DC) and served in different posts at the DC. He was the Italian Minister of Regional Affairs, minister of regional affairs in the period 1980–1981. Biography Mazzotta born in Milan in 1940. His father is from Lecce and his mother from Turin. Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A. was an Italian banking and insurance conglomerate, based in Turin. It employed about 44,000 people and had about 7 million customers. Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde known as Cariplo SpA, was an Italian bank. On 2 January 1998 the bank merged with Banco Ambrosiano Veneto to form Banca Intesa.
