Inter de Querétaro Fútbol Club is a Mexican professional football team based in Querétaro City, Mexico that plays in Liga TDP. History The team was founded in August 2020 with the name change of the Real Querétaro, team that competed in the Liga TDP and whose place was occupied by the new club, however, for administrative reasons the team officially played with the name of the previous club. On January 23, 2021, Azores de Hidalgo announced its withdrawal from the Liga Premier de México due to institutional problems, in addition, the Azores board of directors returned the license to Real Zamora owners, who agreed to start a new project with Inter de Querétaro, so the Querétaro team used the place in the league, however, officially the team was called Azores de Hidalgo for the rest of the season. The Serie A has 33 teams (1 Liga MX Reserve Team, 3 Liga de Expansión MX Reserve Teams and 29 Serie A Teams) divided into two groups. For the 2022–23 season, it will be a return of two short tournaments consisting of 10 total matches played home & away and the liguilla. The Liga TDP is Mexico's fourth tier in the Mexican League System. The Liga TDP is divided into 17 groups. For the 2009/2010 season, the format of the tournament has been reorganized to a home and away format, which all teams will play in their respective group. The 17 groups consist of teams which are eligible to play in the liguilla de ascenso for three promotion spots, teams which are affiliated with teams in the Liga MX, Liga de Expansión MX and Liga Premier, which are not eligible for promotion but will play that who the better filial team in a sixteen team filial playoff tournament for the entire season. Azores de Hidalgo Fútbol Club was a Mexican professional football team based in Tula de Allende, Hidalgo, Mexico that played in Liga Premier de México. History The team was founded in 2017, since that year it has participated in various competitions in the amateur sector of Mexican football. In 2019, Real Zamora, a club that participated in the Liga Premier de México, decided to put its franchise on hiatus for a season to improve its sports facilities and thus be able to compete in better conditions. However, a year later the team had to look for a new location when the improvement of its stadium was not achieved. In 2020, due to the problem with its facilities, the Real Zamora franchise was used so that Azores de Hidalgo could compete in the Liga Premier de México. Club Deportivo Real Zamora was a Mexican football club that played in the Liga Premier - Serie A, however, from 2019 to 2020 season, the club is on hiatus because the club is in a process to improve its facilities and aspire to a promotion to the Liga de Expansión MX.
