''Instigator'' is the debut album by Pop and R&B singer Kaci Brown. The album was released on August 9, 2005. "Unbelievable" was the first single released from the album. Kaci Deanne Brown (born July 7, 1988) is an American singer and songwriter. Born in Sulphur Springs, Texas Sulphur Springs is a city in and the county seat of Hopkins County, Texas, United States.
