Rinôçérôse (stylized as rinôçérôse or «rinôçérôse») is a French band founded by Jean-Philippe Freu and Patrice Carrié that mixes rock music and electronic dance music. The duo of musicians also work as psychologists, calling themselves, "Psychologists by day, musicians by night". They compose music in English, French, and German. They are based in Montpellier (Occitanie). "Le Mobilier" was the single that established Rinôçérôse on the map of international dance music. The song "Cubicle", from their album, ''Schizophonia'', was featured on a television advertisement for Apple's iTunes and iPod. ''Schizophonia'' marks a new turning point in the band's music, with a more mainstream rock groove rather than a more ambient electronic sound. ''Schizophonia'' also contains an unprecedented amount of vocals compared to previous albums, in which lyrics are used extremely sparingly, or not at all. ''Pitchfork'' (formerly ''Pitchfork Media'') is an American online music publication (currently owned by Condé Nast) that was launched in 1995 by writer Ryan Schreiber as an independent music blog. Schreiber started Pitchfork while working at a record store in suburban Minneapolis, and the website earned a reputation for its extensive coverage of indie rock music. ''NHL 2000'' is an ice hockey video game developed by Electronic Arts Canada. It was released in 1999 and was the successor to ''NHL 99''. The game did not boast great improvements to the game from ''NHL 99'', nor did ''NHL 2001'' feature any idea the two previous versions did not until ''NHL 2002''. Features A season mode (later developed into a Franchise mode) with a retirement feature, drafting, and player trades were added to the series in this game, as well as the ability to use any photo for created players' faces, which is textured onto the head. Another mode in ''NHL 2000'' is the Tournament mode, in which the user chooses 16 countries (only 18 countries were available in the game) to play a round robin. V2 Records (or V2 Music; V2 being an abbreviation for Virgin 2) is a record label that was purchased by Universal Music Group in 2007 and sold to IASin 2013. In the Benelux, V2 operates separately from PIAS, as the label bought itself out from Universal in 2007. History The label was founded in 1996 by Richard Branson, five years after he sold Virgin Records to EMI. V2 management was led by the same individuals that built Branson's renowned balloon and the control position was held by a Canadian public corporation.
