''Inquilinos'' is a 2018 Mexican horror film directed by Chava Cartas, from a screenplay by Juan Carlos Garzón and Angélica Gudiño. The plot revolves around Luzma (Danny Perea) and Demián ( Erick Elías), a young couple, who have just moved to an old neighborhood to leave behind an incident that torments them. However, Luzma begins to discover that her neighbors hide terrible secrets that lead to paranormal phenomena. The film is based on real events and was filmed in Guadalajara, Mexico. Noé Hernández (actor)
Noé Hernández Álvarez (born November 10, 1969) is a Mexican actor. Following his studies of Dramatic Arts at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, he became a high school teacher and founded an experimental theater group. After relocating to Mexico City he was offered little roles on several films, including ''Propiedad Ajena'' and ''Sin Nombre (2009 film), Sin Nombre''. His first lead role was Lino Valdez in ''Miss Bala (2011 film), Miss Bala'', gaining popular recognition and earning a nomination for an Ariel Award for Best Actor. Erick Elías Rabinovitz (born June 23, 1980) is a Mexican actor. Elías began acting with a screen debut in '' DKDA: Sueños de juventud'' (2000), followed by roles in ''Amigos x siempre'' (2000). He became known in the reality show ''Protagonistas de Novela'' (2003), where he was the winner.
