Ingerana Reticulata
''Ingerana reticulata'' is a species of frog in the family Dicroglossidae. As presently known, it is endemic to Mêdog County in southeastern Tibet, China, but its range might extend to northeast India, given the proximity of the border. Common names reticulate eastern frog, reticulate wrinkled ground frog, and reticulated papillae-tongued frog have been coined for it. Description Males grow to a snout–vent length of and females to . The tympanum is hidden under skin. Dorsal skin has reticulate skin ridges. The belly has transverse skin folds and is cream yellow in color, with sparse dark dots. The toes are partly webbed. Habitat and conservation ''Ingerana reticulata'' has been found among rocks next to small rivers and brooks within tropical moist forest. Its altitudinal range is probably about above sea level Height above mean sea level is a measure of the vertical distance (height, elevation or altitude) of a location in reference to a historic mean sea level taken as ...

The northern frog (''Ingerana borealis''), or the Rotung oriental frog is a species of frog in the family Dicroglossidae. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, northeastern India, Tibet, Nepal, and western Myanmar. Its natural habitats are small, still waters and slow-moving waters in tropical moist forests. It is threatened by pollution due to agrochemicals but also by habitat loss and degradation. Minervarya Charlesdarwini
''Minervarya charlesdarwini'' (vernacular name: Charles Darwin's frog) is a species of frogs in the family Dicroglossidae. It is endemic to the Andaman Islands, India, and is known from the South Andaman Island, Long Island, and North Andaman Island. Taxonomy ''Minervarya charlesdarwini'' was described in 1998 as ''Rana charlesdarwini'' by , but was moved to the genus ''Ingerana'' in 2006. However, this taxonomic placement was always considered uncertain. In 2022, a phylogenetic study found it to be a sister species to the Andaman frog (''M. andamanensis''), another endemic frog of the Andamans, and it was thus reclassified into the genus '' Minervarya''. Following the description of this species, specimens labelled as ''Rana doriae andamanensis'' collected by Nelson Annandale were found from the Zoological Survey of India. However, Annandale never formally described a taxon using that name, so it is an unavailable name. Description Adult males measure and adult females in ...

Dicroglossidae
The frog family Dicroglossidae occurs in tropical and subtropical regions of Asia and Africa, with most genera and species being found in Asia. The common name of the family is fork-tongued frogs. The Dicroglossidae were previously considered to be a subfamily in the family Ranidae, but their position as a family is now well established. Subfamilies and genera The two subfamilies contain 213 species in 13–15 genera, depending on the source. Dicroglossinae Anderson, 1871 — 197 species in 12 genera: Occidozyginae Fei, Ye, and Huang, 1990 — 16 species in two genera: *''Ingerana'' Dubois, 1987 (four species) *''Occidozyga'' Kuhl and Van Hasselt, 1822 (12 species) Phylogeny The following phylogeny of Dicroglossidae is from Pyron & Wiens (2011). ''Limnonectes liui'' is a species of frog in the family Dicroglossidae. It is found in Yunnan, China, but it likely occurs also in nearby Laos and Myanmar. The taxonomic placement of this species has been much debated and varies between sources. ''Limnonectes liui'' are relatively small frogs: males grow to a snout–vent length of about and females to . They can be found in or near streams in forested areas. Males guard the eggs are laid in a hole in the ground covered with leaves. The eggs develop directly into small froglets. Ingerana Xizangensis
''Liurana xizangensis'' is a species of frog in the family Ceratobatrachidae. It is endemic to Tibet (=Xizang in Chinese), China, and only known from the region of its type locality, Yi'ong, in Bomê County. It is also known as Xizang eastern frog and Xizang papillae-tongued frog. Description Male ''Liurana xizangensis'' measure about in snout–vent length. The tympanum is large and distinct. Skin is dorsally smooth but with scattered tubercles, while the belly is granular. The finger and toe tips are not swollen. No webbing is present. The dorsum is brown with a black inter-ocular stripe. The belly is pale yellow with black, reticulated markings. Habitat and conservation ''Liurana xizangensis'' occur mixed forests at elevations of about above sea level Height above mean sea level is a measure of the vertical distance (height, elevation or altitude) of a location in reference to a historic mean sea level taken as a vertical datum. Ingerana Medogensis
''Liurana medogensis'', commonly known as Medog papilla-tongued frog or Medog eastern frog, is a species of frog in the family Ceratobatrachidae. It is found in Mêdog County, Tibet (China) and in Arunachal Pradesh, northeastern India. However, the records from India might represent another species, and the IUCN SSC Amphibian Specialist Group (2020) does not include them in the range of this species. Description This species is only known from four adult specimens. Males (the type series from the Mêdog County) measure in snout–vent length and females (from Arunachal Pradesh) in SVL. One of the females had three large eggs visible through its skin; this suggests that the species has direct development (i.e, there is no free-living larval stage) and does not depend on water bodies for reproduction. Other observations suggest instead larval development in water. Habitat ''Liurana medogensis'' has been found in both undisturbed and disturbed forest habitats. As delimited for t ...
