Inger Lut Debois
Inger Merete Lut Debois née Andersen (1931–2015) was a Danish painter. She is remembered for her works with interacting figures which became increasingly abstract as she matured. In 1992, Debois decorated the IC3 train "Thyra Danebod". From 1992 to 2000, she headed Kvindelige Kunstneres Samfund (KKS), the Danish Society of Female Artists. Biography Born on 15 July 1931 in Vejle, Inger Merete Lut Andersen was the daughter of Major Svend Halvor Andersen and Rigmor Marie Andersen. In 1952, she married the painter and photographer Sven Arne Debois from Iceland. Their daughter Jette Debois (born 1956) is also a painter. She attended the painting school at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts where she studied under William Scharff, graduating in 1956. Her early works depicted figures in psychic relationships. DSB Class MF
The DSB Class MF is a Danish-built high-comfort medium/long distance diesel multiple-unit train. The sets were built by ABB Scandia (later purchased by Adtranz, which itself was subsequently acquired by Bombardier Transportation) in Randers. This train model has been operating in Denmark, Sweden and Israel since 1990. The name IC3 indicates simply that it is a three-carriage InterCity trainset. Kvindelige Kunstneres Samfund (KKS) or Society of Female Artists is a Danish organization which strives to enable women to work as professional artists on equal terms with their male counterparts. KKS was founded by the painters Marie Henriques and Helvig Kinch on 7 February 1916. With the support of the painter Anna Ancher and the sculptor Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen, 75 artists attended the inaugural meeting. Today the organization has over 250 members. Korsør is a town on Zealand, Denmark. It is located in Slagelse Municipality. Until 2007 Korsør was the seat of Korsør Municipality. The town is located west of Slagelse, north-west of Skælskør and connects to Nyborg through the Great Belt Bridge.
