It features five songs that were originally supposed to appear on his studio album, ''Chapter V'', but didn't make the final cut. It has two promotional singles, "Top of the World" and "What I Be On" which features rapper and longtime collaborator Fabolous, but the only official single on ''Inevitable'' is "Sex Ain't Better Than Love". "Inevitable" is the official solo debut single by the Mexican singer Dulce María, after having two songs from her soap opera ''Verano de amor'' released digitally, as well as a successful duet with Akon in "Beautiful" and Tiziano Ferro in " El Regalo Màs Grande". It was written by herself, as most part of the songs on her debut album '' Extranjera''. The first song teasers, lasting 10 to 15 seconds in length, were released on May 5 and May 8, 2010. "Inevitable" is a Latin rock song co-written and performed by Colombian-born singer Shakira, released as the fourth single from her 1998 multi-platinum album ''Dónde Están los Ladrones?''. Music video In the video for "Inevitable", Shakira is singing the song to an audience in a circular stage. The video starts out with candlelights coming from the audience. As the song progresses, strobe lights shine on Shakira and her band as she shakes her head.
