Inés Margarita González Árraga (31 January 1973) is a Venezuelan former political prisoner, currently living in exile. Biography González studied chemistry at the University of Zulia, later completing a master's degree at the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research and a PhD at the University of Akron in the United States. On 4 October 2014, she was detained by Bolivarian Intelligence Service (SEBIN) officers for posting messages on Twitter about the death of ruling party deputy Robert Serra. She was initially indicted on charges of instigating hatred, violent insult and insulting a public official. Ines Paulke (20 September 1958 – 17 February 2010) was a German pop singer. She worked as a pop singer for the bands Motiv and Danzu before becoming a solo artist. Paulske won several prizes and was voted singer of the year for 1987. Inês Alexandra das Neves Monteiro (born 18 May 1980) is a Portuguese athlete who competes in middle and long-distance track running, as well as road running and cross country. She started out as a cross country runner, winning a silver and a gold medal at the 1998 and 1999 European junior race. She has represented Portugal at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics, and has competed twice at the World Championships in Athletics. Inés María Mendoza Rivera de Muñoz Marín (January 10, 1908 in Naguabo, Puerto Rico – August 13, 1990 in San Juan), was a former First Lady of Puerto Rico, teacher, writer and socialite. Inés Melchor (born August 30, 1986 in Acobambilla, Huancavelica) is a Peruvian long-distance runner. She competed in the marathon at the 2012 Summer Olympics, placing 25th with a time of 2:28:54. In September 2014 she placed 8th at the Berlin Marathon with a time of 2:26.48, new Peruvian national record and the South America area record. Melchor also holds Peruvian records for the 5000 and 10,000 metres on the track.
