Tezu
Tezu is a census town and the headquarters of Lohit District, Lohit district in the Indian States and territories of India, state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is the fifth largest town in Arunachal Pradesh and one of its most developed. Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) (formerly Arunachal University) is the oldest university in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. University Grants Commission (UGC) is a statutory body set up by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India in accordance to the UGC Act 1956 and is charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education in India.
