Indianhead Mountain
Snow River Mountain Resort is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Wakefield Township, Michigan, Wakefield Township, Gogebic County. Indianhead Mountain is in an area called "Big Snow Country", so named because of the annual average snowfall, courtesy of the Lake-effect snow, lake effect from Lake Superior. Indianhead International School
Indianhead International School is located in Howon-Dong, Uijeongbu, South Korea. It is adjacent to Dobongsan. It is run in conjunction with Shin Heung University. The incumbent chairman is Park Jeong-jin, and the ex-chairman of the school is a Korean representative Kang Sung-Jong, of the Democratic Party of South Korea. However, due to an embezzlement scandal involving the former chairman of the school, who channeled approximately 3.6 billion Korean Won of tuition to his personal use, the school's reputation plummeted and its budget was crippled. Several teachers have also complained implicitly that they have not been compensated for their work a number of years ago. Reports say that the teacher situation in regards to pay was resolved around 2007. Northern Star Council
Northern Star Council is a Boy Scout Council headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The council was formerly the Viking Council and Indianhead Council until the two councils merged on July 1, 2005. The council serves communities across central Minnesota and western Wisconsin, encompassing 25 counties. History The Viking Council was founded on October 15, 1910, as the Minneapolis Council. In 1952, the name was changed to Viking Council. At the time of the merger with Indianhead Council, the geography of the Viking Council spanned from Minneapolis to the South Dakota border. Other camps from the Viking Council included Stearns Scout Camp in Fair Haven Township, Minnesota and Rum River Scout Camp in Anoka, Minnesota. Geneva Basin Ski Area
Geneva Basin (originally Indianhead Ski Area) was a ski area in the western United States, located in Clear Creek and Park County, Colorado, north of the community of Grant and south of the town of Georgetown. It is situated south of Guanella Pass at an elevation of . Opened in 1961 as Indianhead Ski Area, the ski area operated under various owners before closing in 1984. The ski area is located within the Pike National Forest and was operated under permit from the United States Forest Service. Blind Man's Bluff (poker)
Blind man's bluff (also called Indian poker, squaw poker, Oklahoma forehead, and Indian head) is a version of poker that is unconventional in that each person sees the cards of all players ''except their own''. In the standard version, the person with the highest card wins. Each player is dealt one card that they display to all other players (traditionally stuck to the forehead facing outwards, supposedly like an Indian feather). This is followed by a round of betting. Players attempt to guess if they have the highest card based on the distribution of visible cards and how other players are betting.
