Indiana State Road 7
State Road 7 in the U.S. State of Indiana is located in southeast Indiana. It runs from northwest-to-southeast connecting the cities of Columbus and Madison. Route description SR 7 begins at Main Street in Madison, of which it then travels in a northward direction along Cragmont Street. Along the way, SR 7 briefly meanders through hilly terrain. After leaving the hilly terrain, SR 7 briefly turns northwest on another road before turning west near a railroad crossing. As the road approaches the east side of Clifty Falls State Park Clifty Falls State Park is an Indiana state park on in Jefferson County, Indiana in the United States. Madison is a city in and the county seat of Jefferson County, Indiana, United States, along the Ohio River. As of the 2010 United States Census its population was 11,967. Over 55,000 people live within of downtown Madison. Madison is the largest city along the Ohio River between Louisville and Cincinnati. Madison is one of the core cities of the Louisville-Elizabethtown-Madison metroplex, an area with a population of approximately 1.5 million.
