Indian Olympic Committee
The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) or Indian Olympic Committee (IOC) is the body responsible for selecting athletes to represent India at the Olympic Games, Asian Games and other international athletic meets and for managing the Indian teams at these events. It plays with the name of Team India. It also acts as the Indian Commonwealth Games Association, responsible for selecting athletes to represent India at the Commonwealth Games. New Delhi (, , ''Naī Dillī'') is the capital of India and a part of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT). New Delhi is the seat of all three branches of the government of India, hosting the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, and the Supreme Court of India. Om Prakash Mehra
Air Chief Marshal Om Prakash Mehra, PVSM (19 January 1919 – 8 November 2015) was a former air officer in the Indian Air Force. He served as the Chief of the Air Staff from 1973 to 1976. He received Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), the highest military award for peace-time service, in 1968. He was awarded Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest civilian honour, in 1977. He later became Governor of Maharashtra from 1980 to 1982, and Governor of Rajasthan from 1985 to 1987. Randhir Singh (born 18 October 1946) is an Indian sports administrator and a former Olympic-level trap and skeet shooter. Singh is one of India's most influential sports administrators and is noted for his wide-ranging international connections. He has held many roles in his sports administration career. Singh is the Acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), beginning his term on 11 September 2021. Pankaj Gupta
Pankaj Kumar Gupta (10 September 1898 – 5 March 1971) was one of the earliest Indian sports administrators involved in professional football, hockey and cricket. He is best known for his involvement in professional hockey where he worked variously as a manager, administrator, and referee. His contributions earned him the nickname "Mr. Hockey". He also became the first head coach of the India national football team in 1938, and guided the team in the Indian tour of Australia. Adille Sumariwalla (born 1 January 1958) is an Indian athlete and entrepreneur, popular for representing India at the 1980 Moscow Olympics. Narinder Dhruv Batra (born 19 April 1957, India) was a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) from 2019 to 2022. Education Batra studied at the Amar Singh College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 1977. He then went on to study law at the University of Kashmir, where he received his Bachelor in 1981. Vijay Kumar Malhotra (born 3 December 1931) is an Indian politician and a sport administrator. He belongs to the Bharatiya Janata Party.
