In The Flesh – Live
''In the Flesh – Live'' is a two-disc live album that captures performances from Roger Waters' three-year In the Flesh tour. Overview "My view is that I've been involved in two absolutely classic albums – ''The Dark Side of the Moon'' and ''The Wall''," Waters told ''Classic Rock''. "And if you haven't got ''Amused to Death'', you haven't got the full set. So this album – the live one, which pulls together songs from all three albums – hopefully redresses the balance." The album features selected songs from a number of Pink Floyd albums, Waters' solo efforts and a new song "Each Small Candle". DVD A DVD of the same title was also produced, and the two were released in a new package in 2006. A SACD featuring both stereo and 5.1 mixes was also released. The material for the DVD was taken from a 27 June 2000 performance at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland, Oregon, while the double CD contains various recordings drawn from four performances in Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; ...

In The Flesh (Johnny Thunders Album)
''In the Flesh'' is a posthumous live CD by legendary punk rock guitarist/singer/songwriter Johnny Thunders. It consists of the full live set featuring a reunion of Thunders with fellow ex- New York Dolls and Heartbreakers drummer Jerry Nolan, ex-Dolls bassist Arthur "Killer" Kane, and ex-Idols & London Cowboys guitarist Barry Jones, recorded at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles, California on January 4, 1987. Given Thunders' notoriety for performing in a smacked-out or alcoholic haze, this more sober and professional Thunders performance led one reviewer to declare the CD to contain "an ample track selection, generally superb performances, and surprisingly good fidelity all in one package -- a Triple Crown rarely achieved in the world of J.T. live recordings." [] It would be the last time Kane would ever play with Thunders and Nolan, as the two musicians would die within a year of each other (Kane died of leukemia a month after playing a formal New York Dolls show with surviving ...

In The Flesh?
"In the Flesh?" and "In the Flesh" are two songs by the English rock band Pink Floyd, released on their 1979 album, ''The Wall''. "In the Flesh?" is the opening track, and introduces the story concept of the album. "In the Flesh" is the twenty-first song of the album, and is a reprise of the first with a choir, different verses and more extended instrumentation. The title is a reference to the band's 1977 In the Flesh Tour, during which Roger Waters, in frustration, spat at a fan attempting to climb the fence separating the band from the crowd. Composition The majority of the songs are in the key of A Major and its time signature is 6/8. The arrangement is highly dynamic and dramatic. The first few seconds of the first song ("In the Flesh?") are very quiet, and feature the melody of the song " Outside the Wall", which is the album's closing track. The recording begins abruptly as a man quietly speaks the phrase "...we came in?" completing the sentence cut off at the end of the ...

In The Flesh (Blondie Song)
"In the Flesh" is a song by American band Blondie. Originally from the band's self-titled debut album, '' Blondie'', the song was Blondie's second and final single on the Private Stock label. Song information The song has a feel reminiscent of Phil Spector-produced pop from the early 60s, with prominent piano, female backing vocals, and a time signature of 12/8. '' Record World'' said that "Deborah Harry's vocal is a knockout." In Australia, after the song was played by mistake (instead of " X Offender") on the nationally broadcast music program ''Countdown'', it was well received by the viewing audience. Chrysalis Records re-released the song as a single in Australia, again with "Man Overboard" as the B-side. When it reached number two on the Kent Music Report in November 1977, Australia became the first territory in which Blondie achieved a hit single. In Ian Meldrum's 2014 autobiography, Debbie Harry elaborated saying "We met Ian in 1977... he asked if we had any videos ...

However, it will be quite unique as an album." In The Flesh (Pink Floyd Tour)
The In the Flesh Tour, also known as the Animals Tour, was a concert tour by the English rock band Pink Floyd in support of their 1977 album ''Animals''. It was divided in two legs: one in Europe and another in North America. The tour featured large inflatable puppets, as well as a pyrotechnic "waterfall", and one of the biggest and most elaborate stages to date, including umbrella-like canopies that would rise from the stage to protect the band from the elements. This was the only tour in which Pink Floyd played songs from ''Animals'' live. Pink Floyd would never again play songs from ''Animals'' during their tours, but the flying pig still appeared with different designs. Only Roger Waters would continue playing songs from ''Animals'' live. This tour was also the only tour where Pink Floyd played the entire ''Wish You Were Here'' (1975) album. History Pink Floyd's marketing strategy for the In the Flesh Tour was very aggressive, filling pages of ''The New York Times'' and '' ...
